Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to automotive dealer clients, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction while servicing the Epsilon product line. Responsibilities Maintain and grow relationships with local OEM field representatives within the given territory Maintain timely, detailed and accurate records in Salesforce.com of activities, phone conversations, outcomes and any other pertinent client interactions.
