Customer Service Representative

Remote Full-time
The Customer Service Representative resolve incoming calls, make outgoing calls, follow through on emails, and update claims, along with various other daily tasks. This position requires an individual with a background in medical billing and extensive computer knowledge including Athena, Outlook, Excel, Word, and numerous payer websites. Other requirements include the ability to work independently or as part of a team, work with minimum supervision, take initiative, multitask, ability to follow through, meet deadlines, productivity standards and department goals. This position emphasizes organizational skills, problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and follow through.
