What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Building strong relationships by providing professional, friendly, and timely service to clients.
• Assisting clients in selecting the right products, materials, and finishes for their projects, while coordinating with the production team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
