Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite in Berea, OH
Pay: $24/hourly
Hours: M-T, 9:30-6pm and F, 8:30-5
Length: Temporary for up to 1 year
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is looking for customer service representatives for our Berea client! In this role, you will answer phone calls relating to transactions, review/reconcile payments, and provide great customer service. Please view the role below and apply if interested!
Job Description:
Provide assistance and informational services to customers bytelephone, in writing, electronically or in person.
Process all transactions and payments; may act as a cashier toaccept payments.
Enter, research, and retrieve dataregarding customer and commercial accounts.
Prepare invoices for customer.
Review and reconcile payments, post invoices, cash receipts and deposit receivables.
Must have ability to work under pressure, with frequent interruptions while performing accuratemathematical computations, recognize errors, and make necessary corrections.
Serve as back-up for various accounting and administrative functions.
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of general accounting functions and reporting systems.
Skill in the operation of a personal computer, MS Office, and various accounting software.
Ability to perform mathematical computations accurately; sort, check, count and verify
numbers.
Work under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
Complete detailed and complex documents, proofread materials, recognize errors, and make
corrections.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one-year experience directly related to customer service in a call center
environment.
Previous accounting or bookkeeping work desirable
