Insurance Customer Service Representative
Welty Insurance Group is looking for our next great team member (s). We are a locally owned, family operated agency with five locations. Requirements:
ā¢ Property & Casualty license is a plus but will train the right candidate
ā¢ 1-2 Years of office experience (preferred, but not required)
ā¢ Trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Assist current customers with payments, questions, and service
ā¢ Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
ā¢ Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Support can include responding to inquiries: regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification and other service related tasks
ā¢ Quote new policies, submit applications and assist sales staff as needed

Expected hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday mornings
