Customer Service Representative
One of Insight Global's top employers within the financial services industry is looking for a 6-month contract to permanent hire Service Delivery Representative to sit hybrid in San Dimas, CA. Job duties include supporting the risk compliance group and will examine, assess, and combine data to provide information for their clients. They will provide administrative procedures and oversee all client's payrolls, working alongside banks.
Must-Haves:
ā¢ 2+ years of experience within call center
ā¢ Proficient within Excel (VLOOKUPs, Formulas, Macros)
ā¢ Tech-savvy (type well, Microsoft Office Suite background)
ā¢ Clear communication (write well / talk well)
ā¢ HS Diploma
Compensation:
$20/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
