Customer Service Representative
Englert Inc is a company known for its innovative LeafGuard® brand gutter system. They are seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative who will engage customer prospects, provide solutions to boost revenue growth, and develop strategies to achieve sales goals while maintaining excellent customer relations. Responsibilities Responsible for treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every call Be knowledgeable about our company products and services Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems Answer questions about the products Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments Manage call outgoing call follow ups Incoming calls and responding to customers’ requests Book appointments with a high degree of data accuracy Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis Identify and escalate issues to supervisors Responsible for adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customers Educates clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Skills High school graduate or G.E.D A minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service is preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferred Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Must have strong selling ability over the telephone Ability to overcome objections and gain customer commitment Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Maintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season Subject to background check Must also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 730 AM To 1100 PM from Monday to Sunday (40 hours a week) Active Listening, Problem Solving, Time Management, Adaptability and Confidence Company Overview For over 50 years Englert has been the gold standard and a leading manufacturer of metal roofing and gutter systems.
