Customer Service Representative
Leavitt Machinery is one of the fastest growing material handling equipment dealerships in North America, and they are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative for their Customer Service Representative role. The role involves driving new sources of revenue through selling service agreements and effectively managing customer accounts. Responsibilities Driving new Service and Parts revenue within an assigned territory to meet sales targets Prospecting for new business, effectively managing sales leads, and securing new customer accounts by offering tailored solutions and maintenance programs Tactfully and professionally negotiating with customers to close deals Maintaining customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts Conducting regular customer site visits and meeting with new prospective customers Producing leads and opportunities for all business units Tracking leads and maintaining accurate records in the CRM Skills At least one year of outside B2B sales experience Previous heavy-duty machinery or material handling industry experience is a strong asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong motivation, resiliency, and drive to succeed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and exercise strong judgment Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as needed Benefits Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage Annual health care spending account Life insurance, short term disability, and travel insurance Sick leave plan – 100% employer paid Employee assistance programs RRSP matching Ongoing professional development opportunities Company vehicle provided Company Overview Leavitt Machinery is a materials handling equipment dealer, providing equipment options, innovative solutions for every applications.
