Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist franchised distributor customers in selecting automotive tools and toolboxes.

ā¢ Handle inbound calls, providing pricing details, part numbers, and troubleshooting issues.

ā¢ Provide technical support by offering information and specifications from the Matco Tools catalog.

ā¢ Input orders accurately using internal software systems.

ā¢ Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve challenges and ensure seamless communication.

ā¢ Engage with subject matter experts across departments for cross-functional problem-solving.

ā¢ Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
ā¢ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
,
ā¢ Flexibility to work from 10:00 AM-6:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday.
,
ā¢ At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience.
,
ā¢ On-the-job experience with general automotive mechanics is a plus.
,
ā¢ ASE certification, automotive experience, tool familiarity, or a related trade school degree is a plus.
,
ā¢ Intermediate PC and keyboard skills.
,
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
,
ā¢ Ability to interpret customer issues and troubleshoot effectively.
,
ā¢ Professional demeanor while understanding customer concerns.
,
ā¢ Quick learning ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

ā¢ Strong phone etiquette.
