Daily Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with members
Schedule and confirm appointments
Conduct virtual benefit presentations for union members
Explain available programs clearly and professionally
Assist with completing applications and required paperwork
Maintain accurate records and follow quality standards
Use basic computer systems to manage client information
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
Positive attitude with strong energy and professionalism
Comfortable interacting with individuals and groups
Able to maintain strong customer relations
Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
Comfortable working with all levels of management and team members
Team-oriented and coachable
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
