As a Customer Service Representative CSR, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, resolving complex issues, and understanding and explaining a full range of products and services.

Interact with customers via phone, chat sessions, and email.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Meet call center performance metrics.
Contribute process improvement ideas.
Protect customer information and comply with regulations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Intermediate technology skills, fluency in Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Availability for extended hours and weekends.
