Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Remote - Immediate Start)
Location: Remote (Must be in the USA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight EDT (Weekends Off)
Pay: $12 - $13 per hour (W2)
About The Role
Are you a skilled customer service professional looking for a short-term, remote opportunity? We're seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. What You'll Do
Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
Provide helpful and professional support while gathering necessary information
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Follow established processes to ensure a seamless customer experience
Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records
Meet individual, team, and department performance goals
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Windows-based software and internet browsing
Detail-Oriented: Accurate typing and data entry skills
Problem Solver: Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Reliable & Professional: A consistent and dependable team player with a passion for helping people

High-speed internet access
A cell phone or landline telephone
Immediate availability to start
This is primarily a sedentary role that requires frequent use of a keyboard, headset, and close attention to detail.
