Your Day-to-Day:
• Troubleshooting
• Handle escalated troubleshooting calls and provide advanced support for EV charger issues.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Administrative Support
• Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments.
• Process online enrollment applications including reviewing photos to determine if they meet qualifications.
• Maintain and organize customer records.
• Perform various administrative tasks like data entry and filing.
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with basic computer software and systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
