Customer Service Rep CSC
This employee aids in all Customer Service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management within the customer support centers (CSC).
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Actively participates in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires
ā¢ Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient orders as deemed necessary

Requirements:
ā¢ Successfully manage both inbound and outbound phone calls in a positive and professional manner
ā¢ Read and analyze documents such as patient orders
ā¢ Effectively communicate with health care professionals and patients
ā¢ Carry out oral and written instructions
ā¢ Enter patient and medical information using company software
ā¢ Work both independently and as part of a team
ā¢ Time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly
Education and Experience:
ā¢ High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
ā¢ Computer entry experience necessary
