Customer Service Rep - Collections
Job duties includes but not limited to:
Inbound/Outbound customer calls following a script to collect outstanding debt
set up/negotiate payment plans...
*2 week paid Training Program provided
Requirements:
Professional phone etiquette
Great organizational and time management skills
Communicate verbally and in writing
Computer experience
Basic math skills
Bilingual/multilingual language skills desired (not required)
Background and drug test required
Onsite position, does not offer remote
