Customer Service Rep, Clinical (Remote, $15/hour)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
- Record information in the Communication Log and look up member information using proprietary ASH systems
- Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
- Transfer callers to the appropriate queue for more complex issues
- Utilize appropriate resources to provide timely responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year experience in customer service, inbound call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment
- Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions
- Ability to exercise strict confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
