What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service via email and phone for policy inquiries, billing, and claims processes
- Enter account information in the agency management system and issue policies following department procedures
- Communicate with agents regarding payment status, billing problems, and coverage questions
- Collaborate with customers, agents, and staff to gather application data and claims processes
- Prepare emails and letters for correspondence with customers and agents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have two years of general business, insurance, or related experience
- Must hold or be willing to obtain the CISR designation
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates or bachelor's degree is desired
- Experience with agency management system is desired
- Familiarity with church operations and ministries market
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work well under pressure
