Customer Service Rep
Offering $16.00 to $23 per hour
This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
ā¢ Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
ā¢ Assesses customer need for additional products/services
ā¢ Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
ā¢ Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
ā¢ Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
ā¢ Enters customer orders in computerized system
ā¢ Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
ā¢ Read and analyze documents such as patient orders
ā¢ Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology
ā¢ Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike
ā¢ help with the training of employees
ā¢ calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed
ā¢ apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
Education & Experience:
ā¢ High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
ā¢ Computer entry Required
ā¢ Must meet any licensing requirements necessary for specific location
Physical Demands:
This employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
