Customer Service Rep
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Rep to join forces with a pioneering leader in digital technologies. This position interfaces with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to coordinate customer equipment repairs.
This is NOT a remote position...
Pay: $20-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Location: Bartlesville (on-site)
Responsibilities:
Ā Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish
Ā Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs
Ā Ensure invoices are accurate and send to customers
Ā Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes to improve productivity
Ā Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals
Skills and Qualifications:
Ā Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
Ā Attention to detail, team player and self-starter
Ā Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
