Requirements • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles, although training is available for the right candidate. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with business finance, start-up funding, or lending processes is a plus, but training can be provided. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems, live chat software, and basic office tools.
