As a Customer Service Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building sustainable relationships, and driving business growth. Compensation: $20-$24 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements:
3+ years of customer service and project management experience
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with project management systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree
Experience in the furniture industry or hospitality industry is highly preferred
QuickBooks experience preferred
