Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their insurance needs, from policy inquiries to claim resolutions
• Use your critical thinking skills to address complex situations and find solutions that meet customer needs
• Work alongside a motivated team of professionals, share ideas, and contribute to team success
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay ahead of industry trends and refine your skills

What we’re looking for:
• Ability to assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively (Bilingual)
• Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (or able to get licensed within two weeks—we’ll help you get there).
• You can connect with people quickly, whether it's through phone, email, or chat
• You’re self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to take on challenges
• You can navigate tough situations and find solutions that work for everyone
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are open to new ways of thinking
