Customer Service Professional
RemX is seeking a team of Customer Service Professionals in the Downey, CA area!
This is a hybrid position working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote...
This role is to build customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and responding to customer inquiries via all channels.
Responsibilities:
Ā Work directly with the customer and sales professionals as a main source for products, service and problem resolution
Ā Respond to incoming calls, e-mails and other requests from customers and internal business partners
Ā Communicate with customer to understand needs and concerns
Ā Seek assistance from team members when necessary
Ā Recommends solutions for customer independently as well as with field rep or manager
Ā Complete basic item look-up/sourcing and order placement independently or with assistance from Field Sourcing team
Ā Order entry and follow up on those orders
Ā Manage and track all back orders and open orders
Ā Request credits and enters returns in a timely manner
Ā Maintain deliver status and order source tracking to ensure successful and on-time delivery
Qualifications:
Ā Good customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Ā Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Ā CS experience, both phone and email
Ā Attention to detail
Ā MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook-intermediate skill level
Ā Oracle and Salesforce - a plus
Ā Strong time management skills
Ā Ability to recognize and resolve basic issues independently or with assistance from peers
Ā Consistently exhibits high level of motivation and sense of urgency
