Customer Service Pre-Sales SDR - Fully Remote
SmashDiscount is a B2B company selling into hotels, healthcare, universities and other institutions for 10 years. Our growing team is seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join as a Customer Service Pre-Sales Representative. This full-time, work-from-home position places a strong focus on pre-sales activities, while also supporting inbound customer service. This role includes commission in addition to the base salary.

What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales (Primary Focus)
• Research potential customers using online tools and databases
• Identify and confirm accurate prospect contact information
• Conduct outreach via email and phone to introduce our company and product line
• Qualify leads by gathering interest and relevant needs information
• Document all prospect interactions in our CRM
• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to pass along qualified leads
Customer Service (Secondary Focus)
• Efficiently prepare Quotes for prospects
• Learn our product catalog to confidently answer prospect questions
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any escalated issues
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude with every prospect touchpoint
Who You Are
• A clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Friendly, people-focused, and motivated by results
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using web tools and CRM platforms
• Self-disciplined and effective working from home
• Organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities
• Interested in building or expanding a career in sales
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in customer service, support or sales
• Experience in outbound communication or sales support is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and distraction-free home workspace
• Plus if you are competent with B2B sales or support
• Plus if you are competent with ChatGPT
