As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email with the opportunity to create raving fans for Lighting New York every single day. This full-time position works Noon - 8:30 PM EST Monday thru Friday. Positions start at $16.00/hr with a $1/hour increase after 60 day provisional period + Quarterly Bonus and Commissions on product sales.
