Position Overview Netflix is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a part-time remote employee, you will help ensure that our members have an outstanding entertainment experience. This is a perfect role for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. Provide effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues. Guide members through Netflix’s features and ensure an optimal user experience. Document and track customer interactions using internal systems. Collaborate with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements. Requirements Residency: Must be based in the United States. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred). Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus). Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.
