You will be responsible for leading by example, approaching your work with arenaflex's philosophy and core values in mind, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a customer-first focus, delivering a consistently great experience to all customers, and driving improvement in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * **Model company core values, arenaflex philosophy, and back of house standards**: You will be responsible for embodying arenaflex's core values and philosophy, and for ensuring that all associates understand and adhere to these standards. * **Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys**: You will be responsible for maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all customers, with a high level of professionalism. * **Maintain a neat and orderly front end area**: You will be responsible for ensuring that the front end area of the store is always clean, organized, and free of clutter. * **Troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions**: You will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise with registers or transactions, and for ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. * **Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence**: You will be responsible for coordinating meal and break periods for associates, and for monitoring schedule adherence to ensure that all associates are working their scheduled hours. **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you will need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
