Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and helpful support while assisting customers with their vehicles, including tasks like filling up gas and cleaning.
Conduct effective vehicle inspections, incorporating checks on tires, fluids, and other maintenance items to guarantee their optimum performance and readiness.
Foster a space that is both clean and secure, promoting well-being and comfort for everyone on the premises.
Acquire new skills and abilities through coaching and training sessions that equip you with the knowledge to perform minor repairs and maintenance duties.
Adhere to the directions of managers and execute tasks and assignments accordingly.
The proper execution of tractor/trailer assignments can also help reduce fuel consumption and minimize carbon emissions.
Coupling and uncoupling heavy-duty trucks is crucial to facilitate the appropriate matching of tractors and trailers.
Manage the flow of trailer traffic by swiftly providing empty trailers to loading docks and efficiently coordinating the relocation of loaded trailers to staging areas.
To keep up with the expected cleanliness and appearance, make it a point to wash and detail 15 units at minimum on a weekly basis.
