Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Estimating Specialist, where you'll play a key role in developing solutions for bulk material handling and processing opportunities. This fast-paced position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a mechanical aptitude to review bid documents, create tailored equipment lists, and manage multiple projects to meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop solutions and equipment lists for potential bulk material handling and processing opportunities by reviewing customer needs and bidding documents.
• Review and analyze bid documents and specifications submitted by customers.
• Navigate and review commercial terms and conditions.
• Create conceptual layouts and equipment lists tailored to customers' specific requirements, collaborating with various teams including Outside Sales, Application, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production.
• Manage multiple detailed and fast-paced tasks simultaneously, adhering to critical deadlines, estimating equipment costs, and identifying high-risk areas, while preparing detailed quotes and spec sheets.

Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and build strong relationships.
• Superb organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude with above-average math skills.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software, including MS Excel, ERP Sales Module, and Salesforce.
• Self-motivated with a preference for candidates with a background in the Bulk Material Handling industry.
