? Ensure sales transactions are handled swiftly and with a professional approach.
? Provide stellar and polite customer service in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Contact Agent:
? No prior experience is necessary; training will be given.
? Strong prowess in interpersonal interactions and communication.
? Fundamental computer skills essential for tracking packages and organizing records.
? Competence in multitasking and ensuring meticulous focus.
? The authorization to work in the United States must be in place.
