- Connect with customers online and over the phone to understand their car buying needs
- Use knowledge of the inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicles
- Assist customers throughout the car buying journey, from sales to financing and delivery
- Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing
- Mentor others as you develop your skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Open availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service
