What Is Required (Qualifications)
Previous call center or customer service experience
Flexibility to work any schedule during operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable internet service and a dedicated work area to support business needs
Ability to comply with organizational security and performance standards
Must be available and accountable to work during established schedules

Experience with sales in a customer service environment
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
