Contract
No nights or weekends
$20.00 per hour
Work from home / Remote – private, quiet office space is required. * On-site training required for some openings. *
Ability to commute into their Wallingford office when needed.
Prior call center and healthcare experience needed. Training on company systems and procedures provided.
CSR’s are crossed trained to handle both Inbound and outbound calls.
Busy, very fast-paced, high volume of calls daily.
Requirements
Must live in Connecticut and located within a commutable distance from the Wallingford office.
Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
Previous experience working in a fast paced, busy call center environment.
Background in healthcare and/or medical insurance.
Ability to provide clients with excellent service.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer programs and monitors with ease.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to commit to a set schedule and remain focused during working hours.
