What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Obtain and process authorizations for patient reorders
- Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate processing via phone and documentation
- Ensure patients have all required medical documentation for billing services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patientsΒ’ physicians and referral sources
- Maintain a strong understanding of medical documentation and insurance requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient computer literacy, including strong keyboarding skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with medical documentation and insurance processes
- Ability to demonstrate strong phone and email etiquette
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and patient needs
