- **Feedback and Reporting:** Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to management, contributing to enhanced service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Learning and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs to continue building knowledge and skills relevant to the banking industry and customer service excellence. Be proactive in seeking additional resources for personal growth.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. An associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
