Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Share Event Information: Offer detailed information about upcoming events to boost customer participation and excitement.

• Record and Track Interactions: Log customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve services and refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and event teams to deliver seamless, positive customer experiences.
• Maintain Consistency: Follow company guidelines to ensure high-quality interactions with all customers.
Qualifications:
