Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

Order Reception & Processing: Receive incoming truck deliveries, pick items, and stow customer orders accurately. Use handheld scanners to log each package, ensuring seamless tracking from dock to locker.
Customer Returns Management: Inspect returned items, process refunds or exchanges, and restock inventory while adhering to arenaflex’s quality standards.Live Customer Assistance: Greet shoppers, answer product‑related questions, and resolve any concerns they may have about returns or pickups.
Problem‑Solving Scenarios: Navigate unexpected issues—such as misplaced packages or payment queries—by applying critical thinking and escalation protocols.

Site Management: Open and close the Locker+ location, complete end‑of‑day reconciliations, and log any incidents or operational challenges.
Technology Utilization: Operate smartphones, handheld devices, carts, dollies, and hand trucks to efficiently move and sort packages.
Physical Duties: Safely lift packages up to 49 lb, stand and walk for up to five‑hour shifts, and navigate stairs where applicable.
