Job Title: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Salary: Up to $16.25 per hour (based on experience)

Summary:
- CSA role at an assigned store location, ensuring safe, customer-focused, and profitable operations.
- Responsibilities include cash handling, facility maintenance, inventory security, and adherence to company policies.
- Reports directly to the Store Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
- Professional representation of the company to customers and stakeholders.
- Assist customers with product purchases, promotions, and handling complaints effectively.
- Foster customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Efficient operation of transactional equipment and adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and equipment.
- Inventory management, including vendor check-in and pricing policies.
- Compliance with security controls and legal regulations.
- Proper utilization and maintenance of food service equipment.
- Attendance of required training sessions and meetings.
- Prompt reporting of incidents and dishonesty.
- Accurate recording of work hours and breaks.
- Assistance to customers with equipment operation.
- Compliance with age-restricted product sales regulations.
- Security measures for cash registers during non-operation hours.
- Assistance in training new team members.
- Maintenance of confidentiality regarding company information.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work independently for extended periods.
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Familiarity with cash register operation and equipment usage.
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols for food service.
- Physical capability to perform assigned tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility in working varying shifts, including overnight and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
