Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer requests and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.
Capability to lift and move merchandise, up to 25 pounds, if necessary.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
