ā¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services.
Experience
ā¢ Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
ā¢ Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
ā¢ Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
