Customer Service Associate
• Job Summary* As a Customer service associate, you will play a vital role in our team, providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient operations in our profession but fun work environment. • Responsibilities* - Prepare food items following recipes and food safety guidelines - Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas - Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience • Requirements* - Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is preferred - Proficiency in retail math for cash handling and transactions - Familiarity with Square POS system is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures - Time management skills and reliable!
