We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers $14 – $16 per hour, with working hours not exceeding 4 hours daily. Job Description:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be a critical part of delivering Amazon’s excellent customer service. You will handle customer inquiries, assist them with navigating our website, process returns, and address any concerns or complaints with utmost efficiency and courtesy.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
• Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds
• Provide customers with information about our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
