Summary:

The Customer Service & Sales Team Member will work closely with our customer service team, supporting sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role includes order quoting, project management, basic mechanical application support, interaction with production, and daily customer interfacing.

This position requires experience in mechanical, technical, or industrial inside sales. The fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, computer proficiency, and the capacity to learn basic mechanical and engineering concepts.

Responsibilities:

· Enter new sales orders into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.

· Communicate shipping updates to customers and external representatives.

· Assist team members by entering generated sales quotes into the system.

· Coordinate with the scheduling team to provide accurate order updates.

· Provide basic mechanical application support and collaborate with production as needed.

· Answer incoming calls and emails, providing general product and order information.

· Participate in project management tasks and client follow-ups.

· Perform additional duties as assigned to support the customer service and sales team.

Preferred Experience:

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and stay organized

· Experience using an ERP system a plus
