We are seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-savvy Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our team!
As our Customer and Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting our sales team to drive revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities:
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and video chat
ā¢ Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
ā¢ Provide product information and solutions to customers
ā¢ Support the sales team with lead generation, data entry, and sales research
ā¢ Identify and escalate potential sales opportunities to the sales team
ā¢ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Requirements:
ā¢ Must be eligible to work in the United States
ā¢ 1+ year of customer service and sales support experience
ā¢ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
ā¢ Strong computer skills
ā¢ Proficiency in Zoom
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
ā¢ Full- time position available
