Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:
ย Develop comprehensive presentations and product materials to effectively communicate with customers and target audiences,
ย Identify customer needs and offer products that pertain to preferences and personal requirements, incorporating opportunities for upselling when appropriate to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction with our clients
ย Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
ย Participate in training sessions alongside fellow entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representatives and senior management to gain deeper insights and understanding of products, services, and local offerings.

Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications:

ย 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Call Centers, or a related field or environment is an asset to this role.
ย Ability to speak multiple languages is beneficial, but not required.
