Basic Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and communication tools. Basic troubleshooting skills are a plus.
