Customer Service Agent - Remote Call Center
Job Title: Remote Account Specialist
Department: Operations
Reports To: Call Center Supervisor
Position location: This is a remote position; however candidates must reside in the states of KS, MO, or OK in order to be considered
Job Summary
Our Remote Account Specialists provide excellent customer service in a remote call center environment. They handle inbound and outbound calls to assist our customers with applications, information verification, and payment support.
What youll do:
Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy, and professionalism to support the departments vision of a customer centric call center
Effectively communicate Terms and Conditions and the value of our product
Assist customers with filling out application via telephone
Answer customer questions regarding applications and customer accounts
Verify accuracy of all information provided on online application
Take payments via telephone and provide payment assistance... options when available
Submit applications and relay results to the customer
Understand the need to escalate customer calls when appropriate
Maintain database on new and existing customers
Meet quality and productivity goals
Other duties as assigned
