Responsibilities:
Ā Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ā Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Ā Communicate with customers through online portals/systems
Ā Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Ā Serve as a product expert to support customer needs
Ā Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Ā Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Ā Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Ā Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Ā Provide amazing customer service!
Requirements:
Ā Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ā High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
Ā Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Ā Has working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e-commerce businesses and SaaS platforms
Ā 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support
Ā Experience in handling E-commerce/Saas businesses is a plus
Ā Experience working remotely is a plus
Ā Have handled customer support needs of US/UK clients
Ā Has great problem-solving skills
Ā Can work with minimum supervision
Ā Open to working in shifts
Ā Has a conducive remote working environment
Ā Has a stable internet connection, hardware, and power - with backups in case of outages
Ā Amazing personality!
