Manage all aspects of ticketing and reservations for passengers, including baggage tagging and handling.
Proactively greet customers, assess their needs, and explain Delta's available options.
Enhance the airport experience by providing helpful assistance and promoting efficient airport operations.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
Collaborate effectively with internal resources to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
Perform a variety of tasks as assigned, adapting to changing operational needs.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in all operations.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to safety and security.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to lift and move baggage up to 70 pounds.
Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
Valid work authorization in the United States.
