Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries and outbound communication via chats, emails, and calls, providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating issues to team leaders, managers, and other departments as required.
Stay up-to-date with the latest information and developments to support customer service operations, ensuring knowledge and expertise are current and relevant.
Adhere to Quality Assurance standards, schedules set by the Team Leader, and participate in projects aimed at achieving team objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, displaying a positive and adaptable attitude, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written English skills, as well as proficiency in your native language.
Multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills.
Knowledge or interest in blockchain, digital assets, or fintech industry.
Flexible working hours and shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
